Rigid polyurethane foam is used as insulation for the body. The most preferred, GRP sheets are bonded to the insulation. Products are arranged according to delivery priority in trolleys and loaded on to the truck through rear door. While on delivery, the rear door remains shut and the products are unloaded through side service doors. Our body is designed to support the cooling temperature of up to more than -25 degree which is very apt for Ice-cream transporting.The superior quality of our insulation, as well as the right refrigeration unit, we manufacture the perfect freezer truck/trailer for your delicious ice cream, giving you peace of mind anytime you send a delivery to a customer.

Strength of the structure : Steel profiles framework duly welded within the finished panels giving due strength to every single panels, airtight panel joints & the whole structure.
Panels : All our panels front wall, side walls, ceiling & flooring panel are made of single piece.
Maximum Insulation : Insulated panels are manufactured to international standards to ensure maximum insulation.
Choice of panel finishes : PPGI, Fibre sheets (GRP), Stainless steel, Aluminium.
Choice of Truck Bed Flooring finishes : Heavy duty Aluminium chequered sheet, Aluminium âTâ flooring profiles, locally applied fibre glass finishes on top supported by Marine plywood.
Heat Insulation : The thick polyurethane foam panels offer superior thermal insulation and the airtight sealed panels assembly prevents any cold air loss. Our bodies are fully equipped with a layer of insulating material responsible for limiting heat transfer that would take place between the inner & outer surfaces. Polar grade PVC curtains on rear & side door prevents cooling air leakage from the inner ambient.
Doors : Airtight & easy to open and close. Highlight is our specially extruded aluminium door lip frame with double lip EPDM rubber gasket and ergonomic or recessed door lock along with heavy duty hinges & assembly kit from reputed suppliers.
Wide range of Accessories : Heavy duty Locking system, Movable & Fixed Partition with thermostat & fan, Cargo tying system, Different types of Shelves.
Product Applications:
Ice-cream structure units with 100mm to 150mm thick insulation ranging from 2.5mtr to 10mtr(truck mounted) & 6mtr to 16mtr (trailer mounted) suitable for all types of ice-cream products. Multiple doors provide compartmentalisation for different products with 6 to 12 side doors, trolleys, side steps and internal partitions as per the requirement of the customer
