Modern Cold panels for cold room stores and sandwich panels are designed to meet thickness from 50mm to 200mm. Our PU panel are injected with 100% Polyurethane (CFC free) and foamed-in-place density of 42-44kg/m³.
Cold Room applications
The cold room has a wide range of application such as fruit, vegetable, fish, meat preservation. In food industry, cold room is usually used in food process factory, slaughterhouse, fruit and vegetable warehouse, supermarket, hotel, restaurant, etc.
It proves to be the best food preservation solution with its fast freezing time and great thermal installation performance. Other related industries, such as chemical factory, medical industry, logistics center, they also need cold room.
We specialize in manufacturing of portable skid mounted cold rooms with lifting hook & ISO corners, so that it could be lifted using crane and it can be moved from one place to another easily.
Assembly:
Cold room walls, ceiling and floors are assembled by joining. The Panels are tightly joined by toque & groove system into a monolithic assembly. Cam locks with steel hooks are used to lock the panels together. The cam locks are molded permanently in the injected polyurethane foam during the production time of the sandwich panel. Cam-lock type PU sandwich panel is connected by cam-lock, it is easy to install, and has advantages of fire resistance, high compressive strength, good sealing etc. The panels are produced male and female format that ensures perfect joining and interlock with a specially designed eccentric locking system. The lock system allows the panels to easy assembling and disassembling without damaging their structures.
Panel Cladding:
Taking polyurethane with excellent insulation performance as core material and pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI steel), 304 stainless steel or aluminum as external material, PU sandwich panel can reduce the heat conduction due to difference between internal and external temperature to achieve maximum efficiency of freezing and refrigeration system.
Floor Panel:
All floor panels are 100mm Insulation with Aluminum checkered plate or Stainless-Steel checkered plate on top supported by 18mm Marine Plywood. Bottom surface of floor panel is made of galvanized steel sheet (GI).For large warehouse, a concrete reinforcement is required over PU slabs for additional strength for using the heavy equipment & forklifts.
Door Panel:
MCI door shall be having the same finishing and thickness as that of the wall and ceiling. We Build cold stores doors as per our customers requirement and we provide complete accessories including door lock, hinges, door heater, rubber gasket, curtains, emergency reflection light and internal safety handle etc. The types of doors are sliding doors, hinged doors, swing door & display thermal glass door.
Fire Rating:
Meets flame retardancy requirements according to DIN 4102 Class B2 and according to ASTM D1962 and ISO 3582 test (self-extinguishing foam). Total panel B2 classified.
